My Peri Pal is a peer support and navigation service operated by Midlife Bloomin LLC, Fort Collins, Colorado. I am not a medical provider, do not create or transmit medical records, and am not subject to HIPAA. I treat everything you share with me with the same discretion you'd expect from someone you trust.


What I collect


Directly from you:

  • Your name and email when you reach out or sign up
  • Information from intake forms, session check-ins, or voice memos
  • Health and symptom information you choose to share
  • Payment information — processed securely through PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.


Automatically:

  • Basic website analytics — pages visited, general location, never personally identifiable
  • Contact form submissions


What I do NOT collect: tracking pixels, behavioral advertising data. I do not sell your data. Ever.


How I use your information

To provide services, communicate about sessions and scheduling, send relevant resources, improve how I serve clients using anonymized insights only, and process payment through PayPal. I will never use your health information for marketing without your explicit consent.

 

Who I share it with

  • Service providers — PayPal, Google, scheduling and communication tools
  • If required by law — I will notify you to the extent legally permitted
  • Safety situations — if I believe there is immediate danger to you or someone else
  • Never publicly without your explicit written consent


Your health information

Used only to provide services to you — never for research, never for advertising, never shared without your consent. Treated with the highest level of care and discretion.


Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, opt out of communications at any time, and ask questions about how your data is used. Email myperipal@gmail.com — I will respond within 30 days.

Minimal functional cookies only. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.


Children's privacy

My Peri Pal is intended for adults (18+). I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.


Changes to this policy
